- “Client”, “you” refers to any individual or business using our services.
- “Services” refer to website development, hosting, maintenance, and related services provided by Devwiz.
2. Scope of Services
Devwiz provides professional WordPress website development, optional hosting, and website maintenance services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project will be agreed upon before work begins.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline and additional charges.
3. Project Timelines & Client Responsibilities
Project timelines depend on timely communication, content, and feedback from the client. Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect delivery schedules.
Devwiz is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed responses from the client.
4. Payments & Fees
All fees are communicated and agreed upon before the start of a project. Payments must be made according to the agreed terms.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services. For ongoing services such as hosting or maintenance, timely renewal is required to avoid service interruption.
5. Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions are included as agreed during the project discussion. Requests for major changes or additional features beyond the original scope may be treated as new work and charged separately.
6. Hosting & Maintenance Services
If hosting or maintenance services are provided, Devwiz will take reasonable steps to ensure uptime, security, and backups. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or be held responsible for issues caused by third-party providers, server outages, or factors beyond our control.
Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups where possible.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and content developed by Devwiz is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Devwiz reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Third-Party Services
Devwiz may use third-party tools, themes, plugins, or services as part of a project. We are not responsible for changes, pricing, or issues arising from third-party services.
Any licensing costs for premium themes, plugins, or services are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included.
9. Limitation of Liability
Devwiz shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of revenue.
All services are provided “as is” unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
11. Confidentiality
Devwiz respects client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive project information unless required by law or with the client’s consent.
12. Changes to Terms
Devwiz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
